The Curse of Discovery Zone
We have a curse: Two car accidents, lost money, lost weed, lost innocence, missed radio interviews, dead hookers etc.

I Got Caught Up

Headin through the Bayou
We’re on our way to New Orleans at the moment. The skies are a little heavier as we move towards the Bayou. A few scattered showers accompanied by a different kind of heat, a thick-slow-wet and dirty warmth. I’m excited for New Orleans. Never been. 1 - We played a show in Austin on Sunday, the hippest place in Texas. The venue was Headhunters on Red River Street. Red River is packed like row houses and sardines with venues and bars. Moving on (wed 8th - sat 11th)

Getting up to Speed
1-We stayed sunday night at Aaron’s Grandpa’s place in Palm Springs, I think it was 250 degrees.
2-We played a show to an empty house on monday in Mesa, which would have been a total bust, except that a girl at the bar gave us all free tickets to her strip club, which ended up being a total bust cause we didn’t go.

Right now we’re heading through New Mexico towards Albuquerque and finally the desert has turned a little green. For some reason it kind of reminds me of New England, which doesn’t make any sense… I think it’s more like Africa. Its pretty much vast open tan, yellow, and green, bolstered at its corners by silhouettes of mountains, which I think in other light would be red....
